Recently, Pillsbury launched Funfetti Celebrations Cake Kits and brought back its ready-to-bake spring sugar cookies. Now, the brand has introduced a new frosting, and it’s the perfect finishing touch for all your upcoming holiday cakes.

Pillsbury’s frosting line is getting a light and airy new addition. Pillsbury Whipped Sweet Cream Frosting will join the brand’s buttercream, chocolate, and strawberry whipped varieties, giving fans a fresh way to top their favorite cakes and brownies. Each 12-ounce tub contains enough frosting to decorate 24 cupcakes. Once opened, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, giving you plenty of time to decorate multiple batches of soft sugar cookies.

Whipped Sweet Cream Frosting is ideal for delicately flavored desserts like blueberry lemon cake and pineapple poke cake because it won’t take away from the star flavors. However, the subtle taste can also balance heavily spiced treats such as carrot cake and buttermilk spice cake. Additionally, this ready-to-use spread makes an excellent filling for whoopie pies and red velvet sandwich cookies.
