Maha Kumbh Girl Monalisa Breaks Down In Viral Video After Director Sanoj Mishra’s Arrest In Rape Case

Director Sanoj Mishra, who previously made headlines for offering a film to Maha Kumbh sensation Monalisa, has now been arrested in Delhi on rape charges, according to reports. An aspiring actress from a small town has accused him of repeatedly exploiting her, allegedly by deceiving her with false promises of making her a film star. Amid this, a video of Monalisa has surfaced online in which she can be seen crying inconsolably while being surrounded by her family members.
In a video that has now gone viral, Monalisa is seen breaking down in tears as her family members embrace her and place garlands around her. One family member is also seen gently wiping her tears while she continues to sob uncontrollably.

Though the exact reason for Monalisa’s emotional breakdown remains unclear, netizens speculated that it might be linked to Sanoj Mishra’s arrest in the rape case.

According to reports, the victim informed the police that she first connected with Sanoj Mishra in 2020 through TikTok and Instagram while living in Jhansi. Over time, they spoke frequently, and on June 17, 2021, Mishra allegedly called her, claiming he was at Jhansi railway station. When she refused to meet him, he reportedly threatened to take his own life if she didn’t come.
Fearing his threats, the victim agreed to meet him the next day. On June 18, 2021, Mishra allegedly took her to a resort, where he gave her intoxicants and assaulted her. According to her complaint, he also recorded obscene videos and threatened to leak them if she resisted.
The victim further claimed that Mishra continued to exploit her on multiple occasions, making false promises of marriage and offering her roles in films to manipulate her.
