I'm a long time fan of all things sci-fi and fantasy and have enjoyed greater various types of artwork since I was a wee lad. I especially enjoy all things sci-fy; Star Wars, Star Trek, Warhammer 40K and fantasy; Lord of the Rings, AD&D, ect. I also enjoy military and world history. I'm a former US Army soldier with 15 years of service and a wounded combat veteran of the Iraq War (2004-2005). Art has definitely been a boon to my well-being and has been very therapeutic in my recovery, which has greatly helped with my various maladies and afflictions (including Post Traumatic Stress, Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury).
Amazed WH40K Artwork.
I can't to see next of Gue'Vesa (Human Helper) Forces next.
Are you taking commissions work on? Looking for a recolouring of one of your Imperator pieces.
You have DM.
Love your work. Though I am curious as to where you get the artwork for the custom chapters, like is there a template you got and just color in as you like in whatever image manipulation program, or do you make these on your own?
Over six or seven years ago, myself and my brother took the original images from the old Imperial Armour, and later, Forge World Horus Heresy black books and made our own greyscale templates utilizing photoshop. Since then, we can pretty much mix-and-match whatever power armor or weapon patterns we so choose. This also includes, vehicles, dreadnoughts, Titans, Astra Militarum and almost every faction within the WH40K universe.
Interesting.
