Basic Fixes:
- Connect to a charger and restart the iPhone: Restarting your device helps close all features and functions and start them over again. So, if you’re having trouble using Siri Suggestions, connect your device to a charger and, after a while, power it off. Power it back on and check.
- Check for software updates: Updating to the latest software version ensures your device can access the required bug fixes. So, if the Siri Suggestions are stuck due to a software bug, it should be resolved once the relevant update is installed.
Fix 1: Perform a Soft Reset
A little different from your regular reset, a soft reset allows you to refresh all the settings and features on your device without losing data. You can use this if Siri Suggestions have made your device unresponsive. Follow the steps below in quick succession if your device runs iOS 16 and above.
Step 1: Press and release the volume up button. Then, press and release the volume down button.
Step 2: Quickly press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.
